When can I expect my order to ship? TOP
Production Time
Please allow 2-14 days for the creation of your custom jewelry. If you
need it fast, please contact us prior and consider upgrading your

What is your shipping policy? TOP
Shipping
All items are shipped USPS unless contacted other wise. Delivery times and charges are as follows:
First Class Mail 2-7 business days $3.25
Priority Mail 2-4 business days $18.25
Express Mail 1-2 business days $25.25
Packages are not insured automatically but we do offer it upon
request. Inch by Inch Creations will not be held responsible for
shipments that are lost or damaged due to forces outside of our
control. What is your return policy? TOP
Returns
Please choose your colors carefully. We suggest that if you are unsure
of your colors that you order a Color Swatch before placing your final
order. If you are planning to purchase multiples of the same item and
time permits we recommend that you purchase a single item to be sure it
is what you have in mind. What is your refund policy? TOP
Refunds
All items can be returned or exchanged less a 40% customization fee.
Every piece is custom handcrafted to your specifications. Therefore, it
is unlikely that we would ever sell your particular items again. We do
know that this fee may seem high and assure you that it primarily
covers our labor costs and the materials that can not be re-used. Items
must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt. Returns are not accepted
after the wedding date under any circumstances. What if my jewelry is breaks? TOP
Repairs
We guarantee the quality of our work. If your items are received damaged we will repair them at no charge.
If your items become damaged due to everyday wear we will repair them, you pay shipping only. What is your privacy policy? TOP

Inch by Inch Creations does not share or sell any of your information.
Your contact information is used in regard to your order only. What are my payment options? TOP
Payment Methods
We accept all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards and E-checks through our
secure payment processor, Paypal. If you would like to pay by check or
money order please contact us and we can make arrangements. Orders
paid for in this manner will be held until the funds have cleared.
